Shipping Locations
At Toonrific, we are proud to offer shipping to 7 countries outside Australia: 
New Zealand, Canada, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea and USA.

How long it takes = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing Time
= 3 to 5 business days 
Please note: Processing may take up to 7 business days during periods of high humidity, because drying times for durable paints on some metal products in your order may be affected.

Shipping Times: 
To Australia: 5 to 11 Days
International: 9 to 30 Days
Remote Areas: Up to 45 Days.

Shipping Costs
* $15 flat-rate for orders up to $50
* $25 flat fee for orders $50.01 to $100
* FREE SHIPPING for orders over $100

Customs and Import Duties
Sales Tax, GST and VAT are added or exempted before checkout in accordance with your postal address and country.  

Tracking and Delivery
All orders over $50 include Free Tracked Shipping.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update. 

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at Admin@Toonrific.com  We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order, or a replacement.

Returns and Exchanges
Due to the high shipping costs for our rural location,  we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please email us within 30 days so we can assist you.
