All customers must confirm prior to checkout that they have reviewed the details of their purchase to ensure that the signs they are ordering meet their needs and comply with local laws and guidelines in their region.
Returns for Refunds or Replacements
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with any tags, accessories, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please send photos of the item to Admin@Toonrific.com and specify if you are requesting a refund or a replacement.
Important: If you are requesting a replacement, it may involve recycling damaged metal items. You will receive instructions on how and where to send the item back to us. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Postage: Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can address the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out to us.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item, and once the return is accepted, placing a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For shipments to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no justification required. As above, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
